data centers. MANAGER MIS
The ideal candidate should be a dynamic person with
natural leadership qualities to head the MIS division.
Qualifications

Minimum 2-4 years experience in the IT profession
with a degree (OR combined experience and education
as a substitute) and least 1 year experience in
a managerial role.

Microsoft and Cisco certifications, as well as
experience or certification in one or more versions
of a UNIX operating system. (e.g. Solaris. GNU/Linux)

Competencies
| - |
Hands on experience in network design. management
and integration and in standardizing the operation
as a unit.

Should have excellent skills in communication (written & oral), supervisory.
budget control, budget development. interpretation of policies and analyses,
negotiation, project management. research, problem identification & resolutions.
initiative and leadership qualities. |
EXECUTIVE MIS
This position would suit an energetic, young go-getter
who enjoys challenges.
Experience

Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a senior
capacity or combined experience/education as a
substitute in the relevant field.

Supervisory level experience specialized in MIS
with hands on experience and knowledge in LANs.
WANs. Server and Desktop environments. |
Competencies

(written & oral), organization and replanning,
project management. negotiation, problem identification & solution,

SALES MANAGER
We are looking for a positive, solution oriented
and forward thinking individual with an IT background
to lead and motivate our sales team.
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
Competencies
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both English & Sinhala
and strong presentations skills along with setting & meeting sales targets
with maximum productivity should be a must.
FINANCE MANAGER
As a result of continuous
career advancement in our company,
we have an opportunity for a dynamic individual
to take over as
our Finance Manager.
He/She should be a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Sri Lanka, with minimum of 5 years post
qualifying experience and not less than 3 years in
the mercantile sector in the same capacity.
Preferably a person from Telecommunication / lT /computer
industry.
The person we are looking for must have a good understanding
of working within a computerised financial environment,
good
communication & presentation skills, the ability
to network, and the ability to understand the value
drivers of business.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include (but are not limited
to) the following:

Lead the Finance Department |

Continuous review and update of internal controls
and procedures and ensure compliance |

Provide accurate and timely management information
such as monthly accounts, budgets, variance reports,
cash flow forecasts, etc |

Manage the existing billing system and liaise
with the software development team in building
the ERP solution |

Set collection targets and monitor the collections |
| - |
Liaise with auditors, tax authorities and other
statutory bodies on statutory issues and financial
institutions on funding |
