What is Eureka I- card prepaid
service?
Eureka I card is a prepaid Internet
access via card. With this card, you can now budget your money
and time. There are no more queues and monthly bills.
How do I access the Internet?
Behind the card, you will find a scratch peel coating.
Scratch the peel coating to obtain Login and Password.
What do I need to get a dial-up
connection to the Internet?
You will need the following:

A computer (Personal
Computer or Macintosh)

A modem (either
internal or external modem)

A telephone line
Internet Explorer,
Netscape Communicator or any compatible browser
How do I get started?
If you are using a Windows system 98/ME/2000/XP, we will give
you step-by-step set up instructions to setup your connection. (
Instructions Attached with I-card)
I think I received a defective
prepaid card. For example, it doesn’t accept my Login name or
Password. What do I have to do?
The Login name and Password are case sensitive so please
make sure you have typed it correctly. If you are still unable
to login through your card, please call Eureka Technology
partner Help Desk on 011 – 2564277 Ext 405
Do you limit the sites I can visit?
No. You can access any Web page on the World Wide Web.
How much does the service cost?
The cost of using our service will Rs 200
How many hours of free Internet
Access do I get?
We offer maximum of 15 hours of Internet Access during a 90 day
period.
How does the expiration work?
The I-card will
Automatically expire on ending of 15 Hours or end of 90 Days
from first Login date which ever occurs first.
How will I know my usage?
Logon to the Eureka web site and Clicking on Internet Services
- My Account – and usage Meter. Typing the Login name and
Password would display the Current Usage of the I-card with
Time lodged in and Bytes Transferred.
Do you offer email?
Yes. You will receive one free email account with 20MB of
storage space. Your email address will be name@eurekaclub.lk.

How do I create an E-mail address?
Log on to the Following

Click Here and filling the required fields. Make sure to enter a Valid
E-mail address as the password would be E-mail to the give E-mail
address.

Can I change my email address?
No. To get a new email address you will need to create a new
account.
How much storage space will I get?
Your free email comes with 20MB of storage space
How will I access my email, from a
web site or Outlook Express or something else?
You can access email from our web site
What happens when my Card Expires?
Will I still be able to access my emails?
No. You will be able to access your emails only by Login with an
Eureka I-card , if the E-mail account is not access within 45
days, we will suspend the account and delete everything in
your mail box. Once you login with Eureka I- card , you will
again be able to use the email address but you will not have
access to anything that had previously been deleted.

Can I access my E-mails without an
Eureka I-Card?
No. The E-mail account can be accessed only by login through Eureka
I-card.
Do I have POP Access ?
No. you could synchronize Outlook express to access through IMAP
service.
Can I use the same account on
multiple computers?
Yes. You can use the same account on as many systems as you'd
like. Providing you connect through an Eureka I-card.
